You can always expect ART in the form of true fashion from Vogue. Fashion styles that brings originality, confidence, character & colourful personality! I agree with the "flight of fancy"...indeed.
I've always wonder how I would look wearing something weird & out of place like that...like just walking around the mall. People would be giving me that, "Are you from the circus".
Funny though, because these fashions are reallyyyy nice, but not necessarily "ready-to-wear".
I would still pull it off lol.
